Arnica
Arnica is a popular remedy for muscle aches and stiffness from overexertion or minor injuries. Arnica has been used for centuries to reduce bruising and swelling from injuries. It is believed to work by stimulating white blood cells to clear congested fluids from the affected area.
Magnesium
Magnesium is essential for muscle relaxation. It supports the proper functioning of muscle fibers, reducing muscle spasms and cramps that can contribute to pain. Magnesium has anti-inflammatory properties. It can help reduce swelling and redness associated with pain conditions, such as arthritis. It also promotes the regeneration of damaged nerves, which can help improve pain management in conditions like neuropathies etc…
MSM-(methylsulfonylmethane)
It is a naturally occurring compound found in plants and humans and benefits pain primarily by reducing inflammation and oxidative stress, which are underlying factors in conditions like osteoarthritis and exercise-induced muscle soreness. Studies show MSM can decrease joint pain, stiffness, and swelling associated with arthritis. It also helps reduce muscle soreness after intense exercise by aiding in cell recovery and eliminating waste products.
Peppermint and wintergreen essential oils
Both of these healing essential oils help reduce inflammation, which is a common cause of pain. They also increase circulation, which aids in healing and provides relief to sore muscles and are very helpful in relieving joint and nerve pain.
Capsaicin
Capsaicin works by desensitizing nerve fibers that transmit pain and heat signals.

I LOVE the scent- kinda rich, but calming. The mint/cooling sensation and smell is quite delightful and it soothes my muscles very quickly. The application in this new packaging is very easy. My singular complaint is that the cooling sensation doesn’t last as long as I would prefer, but the relief does. Overall 10/10 product yet again.
